What’s that buzzing noise…?

I’ve been a blogger for quite some time, during which I’ve also spread out to consider wider social media strategy.

This involves asking three simple questions: “Where are you now?”; “Where do you want to be?”; and “How are you going to get there?”

I can guide you through this process, in which you look at your people, channels and content, and figure out how these need to change in order to reach your goals.

I’m also a measurement nut. In the pursuit of figuring out what works, I’ve built my own social media monitoring system that takes in literally thousands of data points to show you where you lie in the social media sphere that surrounds you and your competitors.
