Totally agree. I think that with bloggers frequently being so tempestuous, no two strategies can be the same, so if there is something we can all pick up from others’ experience, we are much more likely to get it right than wrong!

People frequently criticise Edelman for getting it wrong, but what we don’t hear is how many successful campaigns they have run – it’s just a shame they don’t always tell us!
