Understand your trauma; I’ve been ‘chibbed’ as they say in Glasgow; pint tumbler attack to lower face and neck at just 23yrs old. 20 yrs on, the scar’s still there, but not as prominent as the memory. I would advise you to take it as a random exhibition of how sad/disturbed some people are. I am sure though that you’ll realize, if you haven’t already, that, after such an assault, you’re one step closer to freedom, one thing less to be afraid of. Something like, I’ve been there, done that……if this makes any sense. cheers

p.s oh, that nose thing is a bit ouch brother, i once had to relocate my nose myself, i wished someone would punch it back for me, in order to avoid it.
